nanoSSD PCIe 4TE3 provides up to 1TB storage capacity in a compact BGA SSD form factor. The nanoSSD PCIe 4TE3 is a PCIe Gen 4 x2 interface and 3D TLC NAND Flash while adhering to the NVMe 1.4 protocol, delivering exceptional performance and high reliability. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, the nanoSSD PCIe 4TE3 provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash.
ENSURING STABILITY IN EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS
nanoSSD PCIe 4TE3 supports a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and incorporates a Dynamic Thermal Throttling mechanism for real-time SSD monitoring. When the temperature reaches a critical threshold, it automatically issues commands to smoothly reduce read and write speeds, maintaining operational stability.
AES 256-bit DATA ENCRYPTION & TCG Opal 2.0 SUPPORT
