USB device connecting to EMPU-3201/3401 cannot be recognized.

First thing need to be confirmed is  the power consumption of the USB device, EMPU-3201/3401 can supply port1 and port2 200mA by default, if devices need current over 200mA, you need to give a external power on EMPU module.
