Innodisk Slim SSD 3ME3 is SATA III 6Gb/s Flash based disk, which designed with standard SATA interface (7+15 SATA connector). With its smaller dimension, Slim SSD 3ME3 is an alternative solution of 2.5” SSD for those embedded system that may have mechanical and space concerns. Innodisk Slim SSD 3ME3 operates under SATA III (6.0Gb/s) interface with excellent performance and reliability making it the ideal solution for a variety of applications, including embedded system, and industrial field.
iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.

When the temperature reaches a critical threshold, it automatically issues commands to smoothly reduce read and write speeds, maintaining operational stability.
Write Protect – SAFEGUARDING DATA SECURITY
With Innodisk SSD’s built-in write protection technology, users can utilize the read-only function to safeguard critical data within flash storage devices, preventing unauthorized modification or malicious use.
